Finally got them all!...all tackle (upper pins) and fly rod div (lower pins)....working on my display rack now, need to finish lettering and tweak things a little. In my travels I found a couple old derby patches too, one I think is from the 1946 derby but I am not positive. (they didn't have a pin the first year, had a patch) The other patch is from the early 70's.
Still looking to upgrade the few pins that are in rough shape with ones in better condition. I have been doing that all along so most are in good shape, just a few suffer from beach rash. Also I am not sure when the fly rod div started, the earliest fly rod pin I have is 1981.
Wife is not as excited about this as I am so I keep it in my office.

Found it in the trash! No, just kidding, there is a guy on Ebay who makes old signs out of recycled stuff and he was advertising this one so I picked it up as I thought it would cool with the pins.
