I am glad you like them. Thanks for the kind words.

I want all sb.com'ers to know that if you enter SB in the coupon code you get FREE shipping. (For those that already ordered without entering a code and paid the shipping, fear not...I took care of you, after you get your delivery, and if I still missed you, or there is a problem of some kind, just email me. I’ll make it right.

I am sending another doz for tfctrn event because I understand a couple were damaged by our postal service. I have been experimenting with different shipping methods and techniques. I am closing in on the best way to ship these pretty quickly. There will be no damaged items.

Personally, I use these calendars more as a fishing-log than a daily calendar, but yes they look like a wall calendar and you can use them as that, however, the way it is arranged for taking fishing notes you will want to use it as that and SAVE them for the future on your bookcase. Why use this calendar? You can write fishing notes on any calendar (that’s what I use to do) but these are better organized for fisherman and the images will be nice to refer back to in the years ahead and they look better on the wall then the free Ace Hardware store calendar. Last season I made one for myself and the people who saw it all wanted one so this year I printed up a bunch.

You really want this for the fishing season not necessarily by Jan 1 each year, but most people don’t get the idea yet so, that said, I plan to have 08’s ready by fall. I also really like seeing the perigee dates and how close they fall to the full and new moon. When they coincide the tides are huge(those dates are in red). Remember last fall when the tide swing was huge…that was the perigee. …ie, Oct 26th ‘07 should be a great day/night for rip fishermen.

2008 will be even better. The area is CH and the eliz. islands. I already have some great shots in my stash and have a couple more flights already planned. Another really cool thing is I have been in touch with our gov. and obtained some recently taken truly amazing high res bottom mapping files of the quick’s hole region, and hope to put a few these images on the calendar too on the Quicks page. The resolution is well less than 1 meter and is simply amazing, all done with state-of-the-art military grade sonar equipment. I am working on getting permission to use them… I think I can get it with some verbage. This is an exceptional data set that would be very valuable to the fishermen. (You can see every friggin stone and minor formation, wrecks and debris are clearly seen.)

If any retail shops are interested in carrying these during the fishing season with no financial risk contact me. (Ie. ..Buy in groups of 25 and I will buy back any unsold calendars by 9/15 of that year. )

Lastly, if there are any problems with anything related to these items just contact me, I will personally resolve them beyond your satisfaction. Stuff happens… I know that. You have my word I’ll make it right.

All the best,

Jim
