I'm new to the area and would like to inquire about rivers, inlets and estuaries that would be good for early season striper runs along the Connecticut coast? I mainly surf cast.

There are a few spots that hold bigger fish in the early season, but I need to learn them as well. Try a search and give it a go. Good Luck chris L 03-05-2007, 02:52 PM try looking in the western sound first then hit a couple rivers that empty into the pond ( LIS) .
