Alaska I've read about them a few times on classicparker.com bassmaster 03-06-2007, 08:03 PM nice gassbill MAC 03-06-2007, 08:06 PM like where? on the yankee fleet. or maybe the QE2 Uncle Matt 03-07-2007, 03:17 AM Bassmaster if anyone knows anything about gas it's you. keeperreaper 03-09-2007, 06:37 AM Those 225's are known to be gas whores. Nice hull but the power is a tough call. Plus buying any boat without a sea trial and a compression check on the power plants is not a good idea. .02 Mr. Sandman 03-11-2007, 04:42 AM i think it needs a bigger windlass :poke: LOL! That thing is H U G E! 7/8" anchor line too, you could pick that boat up with 7/8" line. I bet he had that thing in his basement from a old 60'er and said...I know I can get this on that boat.:rotfl: It amazes me how clean Fl boats are...for a 1988 that looks in pretty good shape. Up here it would be a lot more tired looking. striperman36 03-11-2007, 09:35 AM Inside rack storage does alot to keep the boat in good shape. Nobody does that up here. in South Jersey it is very popular too foulhook 03-11-2007, 12:58 PM twin original CARBED 225's...GULP. My thoughts exactly. I would'nt touch it.. vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
