watch out marshfield - here come the devitts. they accepted our offer and it looks like green harbor has a few new residents. i'm pretty pumped, the place is alot bigger than our current place and it seems like a great place for my growing family to sprout some new roots. now more importantly i've got nome new territory to learn, ferry st ramp for the n/s river - gh ramp for cc bay - is there a ramp that has easy access for dux bay? dux bay looks like a good spot for clamming. anyone know how much for a orv permit for dux?

Buy the season pass for your trailer and you can use either Ferry St. or GH. The Duxbury Town Pier has very limited parking, and in the off chance you can park, your trailer must be disconnected from the truck and parked separately. Duxbury Bay is usually best accessed from Green Harbor or Plymouth. There's another Ramp on the Jones River, but very tide dependent.

Cool,
Green Harbor has a great ramp.
Study your chart, find and circle Farnham Rock, this baby feeds on outdrives/outboards.
Unless your boat is light, the best way to duxbury bay is from green harbor, go south 5 miles and around the gurnet, their town ramp is very gradual and like mentioned you have to disconnect your trailer to park :yak4: They bays are shallow so know where you are, it's a long time between tides  .
Good Luck, Marshfield is very nice.
