7' tall 52" Wide 28" deep. Two piece unit (Top and Bottom). Interior lighting with power connections for components. Doors on top and bottom. Top doors hinge out and then slide back inside the unit when open. Left side bottom has two slide out DVD/CD storage racks, right side has shelving for components. The top will accomodate a 42" Television. On a scale of 1 - 10 I'd give the conditon a strong 8 (minor scratches) and I'll repair most of them. This went for a little over
