View Full Version : CHUMBUCKET !!!!!
Tagger 03-17-2007, 05:51 PM for you guys that don't go over there ...I knocked off master builder,,,builder off "The Plug" ...Chumbucket .. These are 8.25" long 12" with tails ... one is bass wood ,,it weighs 2.9 ounces and one is made from white pine 2.1 ounces .. Mac has the original and swam the plug in P town .. Really great swimmer ,, and great old chunky sparkle look .. I'm sure I'm wrong ,but only other long slim plug I've seen is the Danny Pichney eelly ...I've tried thin swimmers in the past and I think they tend to be rolly .. That was before hydro orientation plug building days and yes these are HO. Great Job again Chum ... really a great plug... can't let it go un noticed ..

ProfessorM 03-17-2007, 06:22 PM Matt is one of the best. He is doing the paint on a couple big swimmers I gave him at plugfest. I can't wait to see what he comes up with. Very nice job Ed, another one of the greats.

numbskull 03-18-2007, 05:56 AM Pretty plugs. Interesting idea with the flat under the nose. Wonder what that does to the action. Gotta take you fishing in the daytime, Eddy, and see first hand what all this neat stuff does.

I think it would make a great jointed plug. Add a small weight under the wire and voila.
Stay tuned for updates.:hee:
step 2; remove wire and cut in half........
