Hi all,

I just had some information forwarded to me that a Lobsterman's association is asking the Bristol Town Council tonight to oppose the Menhaden Legislation working its way through the state. What does a town council have to do with this? They can offer a for or against that will be considered at the commitee levels.

So what to do? If you are a Bristol resident please attend and voice that you wish the Town Council to support the Menhaden legislation and not oppose this legislation. If you cannot attend, please call your council members and voice your desire for the council to Support the menhaden legislation....

If you have to leave a message, please in the message convey that you urge the Council to support this Menhaden legislation.

David E. Barboza 401-253-6695
Halsey C. Herreshoff 401-253-5000

Thanks,

John
