FishHawk Ake G 04-29-2007, 08:08 AM I'm usually paddling all year around for the exercise...weather permitting. Sweetwater 04-29-2007, 01:02 PM I've already started in some freshwater lakes for largemouth. Had a nice day last week. Will start saltwater in mid-May in wet suit and dry top. Spanish Fly 04-29-2007, 05:50 PM Went out fishing today in SE CT, water at 50 degrees and very comfortable as the weather cooperated with us, we stayed out for around 5 hours and had a blast fishing smac 04-30-2007, 08:14 PM Check out NRS, KFS, Kayak Center. They have some good stuff for cold weather/water gear. Not to start the whole kayak and waders (bootfoot) debate , but thats what I wear. Along with a dry top and a tight wading belt and PFD. Good luck out there, be safe. The fish are here. striperondafly 05-01-2007, 04:14 AM My first trip was Sunday on the Raritan. reelecstasy 05-01-2007, 07:29 AM I will be getting her wet this weekend... toddonbi 05-16-2007, 08:35 PM Went a few times but I think I'll skip the wind. Adamfishes 05-18-2007, 12:05 PM I just got a new kayak and I'm itching to get out but I'd like the air temp to be above 60 and then wind below 20 mph lol vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
