is this a decent dust collector for $300 ?

Bridgewood BW00 2A-1 Dust Collector

I got the other stuff inexpensive, lathe, bandsaw, drill press...

I think that is a chip collector rather than a dust collector. True dust collection is difficult and expensive. For small tools (ie lathe bandsaw drillpress) I think you might do better with a good shopvac and a high efficency filter.

thanks, after further research, I think your are right, and saved me $$$ too. I'll be back when I get setup. Right now I have to fix the leak in the roof of my truck body shed,, so I can set up. I've got some crazy ideeas:huh:
