View Full Version : soft plastic squid lures??
munn01 05-02-2007, 09:55 PM I attended the RI Saltwater Fishing Expo last month. While there I bought some 4" soft plastic squid lures, but wasn't bright enough to get business cards from the dealers, or buy NEARLY enough of the lures themselves. I've been all over the 'net looking for a supplier, but haven't been able to find any. I am particulalry interested in the glow-in-the-dark versions. Does anyone know where I can purchase any more???? I can include a photo, if more info is needed.

don't worry, no one was..... :(
munn01 05-03-2007, 08:07 PM Here are a couple of shots of the plastic squid lures. They are 4 inches long, hollow down the center, have a reflective center tube, and come in a variety of colors. I REALLY want to find the glow-in-the-dark versions if possible as I'm sure they'll be killers at nite.

I will second that
Pete_G 05-03-2007, 10:25 PM Got some pre-rigged Tsunami 4 and 6" squids that are inbound at the shop. They look at lot like those.
Weighted and outfiitted like a swim shad, they should be magic...
Let me know when they arrive Pete, I'll stop by for some.
MakoMike 05-04-2007, 06:43 AM Looks like the ones from Olde Salt Tackle, Shark River Mail Oreder (SRMO.com) also has some that look like those. I think they are from moldcraft.
ThomCat 05-04-2007, 06:52 AM They look like Tsunamis to me. Gitzmo makes some pre-rigged squids as well in glow, pink and chartreuse. Several sizes available. Both are available at Quaker Lane...............

(Actually it would be the right way since they swim tentacles first.)
djfishes 05-04-2007, 10:28 AM Gulp makes some as well
