SeaGel/AGM vs regular batteries:
Any thoughts on these? Performance vs. cost?
Need to repower the r/v and might have the extra ~$100 (over the regular cost) to upgrade the batteries...

I've been using them for quite a while now. Much better than regular batteries, typical life has been about 4-5 years vs 3 for normal batteries. They hold a charge well and you don't have to worry about them.

Interstate Batteries the co. Blemish Batt's- damaged palstic or a scraped lable,They were 25$ a piece last time I checked. I heard of batt's exploding but its usually hooked up wrong , a tool falls on it and arc's the terminals , thats why it's recommended to cover the pos terminal with a protector.
I'm no expert but I haven't had a problem yet with mine and plan on getting 2 more for the boat
