When you are at an already crowded fishing spot, why would you announce/commentate EVERYTHING you were doing at the top of your lungs!?!?!? especially if you happen to hook and through dumb luck land a decent fish?

That is all.
carry on.
going back to my rock spots where no one is around... :hidin:

blasted outflows!
It is why I tend to stick to less productive, second-class waters. I'd rather get skunked than see the antics of other casters. I should have bought one of the Elizabeth Islands when they went up for sale back in the day.

That always bothers me whether it has to do with fishing or anything else. Why is it that people feel that what they are doing is so important they have to impart/force what they are doing on everyone else? Are they selfish? Mike Iaconelli like like................

Set up a thing years ago with a few buds.... CT River Smallies and later Channel Cats

one guy has a boombox, weed, pints, and bacon with a fry pan?

the other like me brought water, headlamp and flash, and tackle.

the guy with the extras proved to be essential :hihi:

its a %$%$%$%$in circus down there. you can thank wildwood. as much as i like their locker system they send every yahoo that comes in the store down there. dudes fishing upside down reels, people hootin and hollerin, people trying walk across the channel, etc. not worth the agrravation IMO.

Believe me, Bryan's right, many non-fishing thoughts came to my mind to find a way to shut him up - especially when he started casting over my shoulder...

I hear ya man, there is a certain inlet up here that starts with Merr and ends with imack that turns into grand googan station in June, even through the night!! I've run into chitheads there at like 3am.

I don't even try to go there any more...other that the Tournament this weekend I won't see that place again the rest of the season.

Can't believe the circus that sets up there come Memorial Day weekend.

I do the same thing! I used to go up there a lot in May, but since moving I've found good spots closer to home. Perhaps the most annoying thing upthere is the people soaking bait that are like a mile away from the water so you can't even tell until you walk into their line!

Don't forget the people that hit you in the face with the 6,000,000 Candle Power lights that blind you for the rest of the night.

hahaha the last time I was there and the sun was out I was taking waves over my head and my partner was holding further back. We go to leave and there is the overweight slug of a man, in a dry top thats not cinched no wader belt, waves breaking, and shooting up under his not cinched dry top and splashing him inside his waders....with a big stetson smoking a cigar with a trout rod throwing a storm shad, asking me if I got wet :kewl: Anyhow they're off the '05 pace by a few days :hee:
