Welcome to the Long Weekend - the unofficial kickoff for summer. A time for grilling and familiy and fun and sun and fish. But also, a weekend that remembers our heroes.

Somehow I don't think a weekend is enough.

So what's up for the weekend? I'll be on Cape for part of the weekend :hee: - Looking to take son #1 out fishing somewhere... Anyone going to be from the Ditch to Falmouth - shoot a PM

Family time and work. We have a three day golf tourney, so I will be busy here at FCC. Got some nice fish in good numbers yesterday, so it should be a good weekend if you can keep away from the masses.

Working on the house and fishing around town. Ricky came to visit for a few days. So far, Mikey 2, Ricky Zero!:laugha:

Working on the boat all weekend, she goes in next week.

Dont have to be at work til next tuesday so Ill either stay down by the ditch or drive back and fish home waters at night and the ditch during the day havent decided yet, I do know I'm going to go through enough fossil fuel to power a small 3rd world country for a year :err:

Monday, may wet a line in the AM and then do some yard work

Heading to the Cape tomorrow morning and bring the skiff to my in-laws lake for some large mouth action. The last time I was there I caught a nasty pike that fought like a hero. Sunday, local beach in Marshfield and chill at the house. Monday, taking the kids to the bird sanctuary for a local event that is going on there.

Boatwhored for Sat and Sun, working Monday.

Staying at my brother's house in Sandwich.

Probably going to hit the Ditch either late tonight or early tomorrow.. depends on the tide, heat, food, and a bunch of variables.

Probably going to check out Red Top to see about getting replacement parts for my Penn 9500SS.. a nut snapped in half, so I probably need to get a new rotor and a new bail screw to replace... should look into seeing if they have an entire kit for replacing the top half...

Going fishing with Bronko and a buddy. Going to try to catch a fish this weekend. Weather looks good anyways for the whole weekend.

Took today off, hit the canal at sunrise, got a fish for the grille, now I just got done packing 1000 pounds of crap in a 500 pound bag :wall: Heading to our camper on the cape for the long weekend to do some relaxing and some fishing.

Headed to the "boat house" for the rest of the weekend. Fireworks with Clammer, #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^& and the families Sat night. Fishing the rest of the time.

Parents came to Italy to visit, so will be taking them around town and showing them my very own private landlocked paradise...

fishing saturday and sunday night. possible early monday morning also, oh and monday night

R&R. did all my fishing the last 2 days to avoid the x-mas rush.

Taking a charter outta Orleans on Sat. with a bunch of guys I used to work with......Sunday hangin with the family....hitting the surf Mon am....I'm ready.....enjoy everyone!

Working on some tackle tomorrow morning, party during the day and PI Surfcasters tourney tomorrow night ... have my boot camp on Monday morning ,but may also try to do some kayak fishing at some point ... otherwise it's mostly family stuff.

Fishin the canal and generally anywhere there is water across the bridges this weekend.

Hitting the DITCH 2 morrow EARLY b-4 5am same spot if I can getup 3300 miles this week and a boat load of VODKA & Tonics 2 night , gotta go to a recital in Norwich Ct Sat. I'm the lucky one no ticket just the aunts ME by POOL soaking RAYS ' I got so much to do @ home but it has to wait:splat: , going by ins. co. to get stamp for trailer REG better late than never.
I would have allready been fishing if I didn't try selling the boat in April

thank go its going to be in the low to mid 70's this week screw this 90's stuff good fishing weather for the night time this week. planing on night fishing some spots where they been catching squid.

caught a bass tonight. my first schoolie of the season, micro and a ton of mosquitoes bties. going to hit the cape in AM for some bluefish and stripers.

this weekend will be my last few vacation days in China. I'm kind of wiped out from 3 weeks of walking miles every day to see the sites.
Monday I have to start a week of work over here then home May 31. I'm looking forward to getting home. All the sites in China are huge. i guess that is why they are famous but it makes for wearing out a lot of shoe leather and the legs they are attached to.

had a great morning fishing with Larry (not really catching though) and a great breakfast, Larry had atleast 7 cups of coffee...:spin:
rest of today will be this:lasso: :lasso: already cut lawn, now trim hedges, mulch.....etc...
then fish, fish, fish, fish, fish, fish, fish, fish, fish, fish:wiggle:

Fished with Mikey for a few days, gotta work 3-cl tonight, 10-8 tomorrow, 6-4 Monday...should be pretty shredded after that.
