Went out plugging in the rain yesterday. Water was flat ,
caught a couple of schoolies when something slammed my plug
It starts taking out drag than shoots out of the water ,blue fish
this thing shot out about 2 feet in the air and I could see my plug
under its chin. Fireline and no steel leader. Well I am saying bye, bye lure its only a matter of time. Well the blue did 3 more jumps that
would have put a tarpon to shame and it almost landed , had it almost at my feet and it bites threw the line. The blue is in about a foot of water and instead of swimming out it swim right at me.
It landed it self, does a quick turn but I got a hold of its tail and threw him on shore. yeah the sneakers are wet but saved the 6 buck lure.

haha awsome!
ive had blues beach them selves comming after lures. it was perfect conditions for the beaching, but still theyve got to have balls to throw themselves onto the beach for food.
