Vic, I haven't seen ya in a few years I don't believe...but all the reports I've heard would indicate that you are indeed fat and slow.

I'm suffering from the same delimma. My goal is to shed 10 quick by August.

I am with you TT. I stopped smoking New Years Eve of 2005/2006. So its been a solid 1 1/2 years of no smoking, but I have put on a solid 15-20 lbs since that date. I have just started focusing my attention on losing the weight now.... if its not one thing its another.:realmad: :realmad: :realmad:

I think you loose more jumping ability. Try touching a basketball net and see how high you get. I'm pathetic I say:laugha:

I quit smoking just over a year ago and I can sympathize. I put on 25 #s. I have been working out for about 4 months regularly but I can't get back in to my size 34's I now out weigh my identical brother by 55 #.

Congrats on giving up the smoking, it will kill you, fat wont. I gave up smoking in "90" (4 packs a day) weight has been up and down ever since, mostly up. Whenever I get down on myself about the weight I just thank my lucky stars I gave up the butts. Congratulations again. Great feat.
