went to a certain sporting goods store tonite (not thrilled with them to begin with anyway but...) I was so pleased when I walked into the fishing dept. only to have stumbled on some lifted carpet (not that I am very graceful anyway) THEN I was turning the corner....walked halfway down the isle and YEEEEEEEEEEOWWWWW! what th-----.........fishing line all over....and I mean ALL OVER....wrapped around my foot almost killed myself for the second time in about 45 seconds.....great! wonderful.....so while gathering up that mess (while muttering loudly BTW) do you THINK anyone came around to see what was up???? nooope..... ok so I proceed to the next isle and walah.......fishing line wrapped around my ankles AGAIN!


it sure was grand.....messed everywhere nothing to chooose from on top of that and still......nobody to be found.......

so needless to say I was quite turned off(but not really shocked).....and after three near death expiriences in as many minutes I was in rare form when I got to the register..........waiting for the perfect moment when I saw a manager standing three feet from the clerk I proceeded to voice my disgust....and that he (the clerk) should tell a manager about these things...(of course he stumbled for words).....but do you think this woman did a darn thing to TRY and settle me???? noooooooope........(and I KNOW she could hear me...)

well I just cant wait to do this again sometime....sure was fun!:mad:

I hardly ever go there anymore and REALLY wished I hadn't tonite....but in my haste I did......"oh its quicker to go there" BAH!!!!! I dont know WHY I keep falling victim to this place....it SUX! I keep saying one of these days I will learn my lesson......I think tonite was the last straw....

Venting over......thank you all once again.....

You should have taken a fall, knocking everything from the shelves nearest to you, and then sue. :happy: Then buy a new boat.:happy:

it was a chain ......thats as far as I will go with that......and if I tried the falling and suing....with my luck it would all backfire!!! LOL just had to get it off my chest.....but then again thats what I get for shopping there....and I know better too....thats the problem I guess.......I've had bad experiences time after time.....but when I am RIGHT there and feel like shopping (female thing..) or (mightactuallly) need something.....I just keep going back........shame on me......

BM.....awesome arent they....perfect fishin food.....theycome all wrapped (for sand reasons).......2 for a buck....loaded with sugar to keep ya going ,easy to tote, somewhat filling, and they taste good too!!!! hmm....had some last nite meself as a matter of fact......;)
