justplugit 07-02-2007, 09:07 PM Not to worry Rav, one night i came home, lifted the toilet seat and threw my clothes in, instead of the hamper. :hihi:

RIJIMMY 07-03-2007, 08:39 AM I've been the same way, work, boat , kids, fish. I feel like my brain is goign to explode!~
Raven, does the Ginko ever make your heart race and get you all edgy? I took some the other day, and i wasn't sure if it was just the horrendous day I was having at work or the Ginko. I am nervous to take it again.
RIJIMMY 07-03-2007, 09:23 AM zac, I was taking it regularly for a few years in the morning, for some reason I started taking it at night and couldnt sleep, it took me awhile to figure out why I couldnt sleep, once I went back to taking it in the morning, I was fine.
It definitely has some "caffeine" like qualities.
raven if your drinking coffee to compensate, the caffine will probably keep you up the next night and you will have a viscious cycle... lay off the coffee for a day or 2 and chug through it. your body will adapt and will hopefully give you some good sleep.
i battle with sleep issues constantly-
Raven 07-03-2007, 05:03 PM i switched to coolah's
like Adam Sandler says in "water boy" :)
good ole SMIRNOFF :jester:
Raven 07-03-2007, 05:05 PM Raven, does the Ginko ever make your heart race and get you all edgy? I took some the other day, and i wasn't sure if it was just the horrendous day I was having at work or the Ginko. I am nervous to take it again.
it's not laced with caffiene if thats what your thinkin..
it delivers more oxygen to your brain is what it does
to make you more mentally alert
when we dropped the atom bomb on hiroshima -> a GINKO BILOBA tree
was smack dab in the middle of ground ZERO
and that sucker grew back again.
I know a couple of guys who take it and they said it lowered their blood pressure.

LOL Dave .. I hope you realized what you did before using the toilet . :bl:
Raven 07-03-2007, 05:47 PM I know a couple of guys who take it and they said it lowered their blood pressure.
i'll try that combined with pressure lol and then test it...
by the way....i'm selling vitamins now too heh heh heh
i do friggan shot glasses of vitamins all at once... just did in fact!
when they kick in........ i go work out..
even the cops think i'm gonna kick their ass
but i am very friendly .... actually
i JUST DON"T TAKE SHEET :jester:
Clogston29 07-03-2007, 07:32 PM when you're really fried and need to get up mentally for something (meeting, etc) have some dark chocolate, the darker the better. kicks the brain into gear with alittle less jitteryness than coffee. Lindt 85% cocoa is pretty good.
Raven 07-04-2007, 05:20 AM chocolate has caffiene in it too...
but i believe there is something else in it
that may account for that.... i'll check
oh I needed a good laugh!
Hey reminds me of the day I made myself a tuna sandwhich for lunch. I came home that night and saw the rest of the tuna salad in the trash and asked my husband why he threw it out. Apparently I put the bread in the fridge and the rest of the tuna on top on the fridge (where the bread should be)

When I wake up in the middle of the night, I convince myself that I won't get back to sleep, and I go fishing.
