Hey John, just something I've noticed.....I just replied to a thread. After submitting the reply, I get bounced back to the thrread. So far, so good. I noticed a few typos in my post, so I editted the post and re-submitted. I got the "Thanks for editting your post screen" and then was bounced to the post. The edits all came up fine. Still, so far so good.

At that point, I tried using my back button to get back to the forums summary page, and I repeatedly got the "thanks for editting your post" screen, and bounced to the thread. I hit back, five or six times, and got the same sequence every time. I had to actually re-enter the site from my favorites list to get out of the never ending loop. Usually using the back button just takes you back thru your last sequence of screens, and finally you will get back to the forum summuray page. But I just got caught in a loop.

This has happened a few times over the past week or so.

So, is it just me, :smash:, or do you have a glitch?

Thought ya might like to know......

PS....I purposly eddited the above post to try it again, and it worked fine this time.....so now I'm stumped.....will try it again, on this post, just for kicks.

Sorry, one more time, just to repeat the sequence in the same manner I encountered the problem.....

Instead of hitting the back button, just use the tree nav at the top of the board or the "Click here to go back to post". The way the board operates dynamically with the database, you really can't go bacl like you could on a straight HTML site. It's OK for viewing but when anything "dynamic" has occured, you really can only go forward because the writes to the database have been made and don't get recalled.... Hope that helps.
