The National Seashore should foot most of it,(but won't) They want all the glory and to enforce all the rules but none of the responsibility when it comes to major budget spending

Karl - we should take bets on this one. I don't think the Town will spring for the tariff. Do you thing the sand washing over will fill the access to the harbor? From the air shots it sure looks like it is filling fast.:soon:
