Me and my fishing buddie go to our night time spot were unloading the boats, and we look toward the water its boiling with baitfish, blues, and big bass.I start getting pshyced and rushing to load the kayak. Now This ramp is very tough to get in when there is a strong current and the the tide is a little low so I slide down a wave comes over the bow soaks everything the two way raidio, depthfinder everything. So now I have to pump water out and my electronics are not working including my lights except my headlamp. Now I get a big fat eel out of my small mesh bag im struggling to hold it the eel it slimes out and goes all the way to the sturn I go to grab another and there all gone now im pissed I manage to grab 1 small eel drop it in the water as soon as it hits a small blue bites off 3/4 of it.Now its starts pooring and here comes the storm I head in.I Should have stayed home.

We've all had frustrating nights. Yours is is right up there with the best of them though. :hang: Oh well, next time.

Boiling with bass, blues and baitfish.Sounds to me like a dream.I usually only see these little baitfish swimming in masses and nothing else.

I know Kayak Fishing is tight for space but hell I'd always have a swimmer and a topwater close by.Bummer about the electronics man.Hopefully they are ok.I think we'll be seeing more of this as of lately.
