No it's Stainless steel spool, plus it's in new condition. I had it spooled with wire, but never used it.
I'll be in the weymouth/brockton area Su/M/Tu, if you want to meet for purchase.

I will take it for 50 bucks. I prefer the SS spool. It is my go to lead line reel. I got about 15 of them
