Because he hasn't seen a judge to be arraigned yet, or a bail commissioner.

I thought he blew his head off in the Bronco years ago. Darn. What a loser and to think he was my favorite player when he was playing at USC. Wish he would just fade into the sunset as he is totally irrelevant IMO.

Heard on the radio that his " Best Friend " talked him into doing the heist and brought a video camera to record it. He should get life just for being so f in stupid.

Out on $125,000 bail, pffft.
Doesn't sound like there is much of a case against him.

As usual, press has made a big deal of this for themselves.

Looks like the only good thing coming out of this,
will be a buncha $ out of his pocket for legal fees.
