Billick's complaint against the Jets could represent the coaching fraternity's first piece of retribution against Jets coach Eric Mangini for the role the Jets played in turning in the Patriots for illegally taping the Jets' defensive signals. Billick may want to spread the word that, in his view, Mangini isn't exactly a model coaching citizen, either.

Of course it is. Normally Billick wouldn't have given the time of day to this kind of complaint--it would be like Joe Torre complaining to the Commish that Varitek was yelling "swing batter!!!" on pitches when Jeter was in the box :laughs:

It's pure ball busting payback for being a rat.

He earned at least a one year grace period after last season. The Jets won't fire him after this year even if he goes 4-12.

The Jets get to play the horrible NFC East as their cross-conference opponents. You can pencil in 2 wins against the Giants and Eagles right now--the Giants' defense is absolutely putrid, and McNabb can't hit the broad side of a barn any longer. :yak6:

And they'll do no worse than split with Miami and Buffalo.

He is a douchebag..period. The only job he is worthy of is an assistant coach for the pee-wee league. A sore loser is a loser just the same.
