That game was not even close! It looked like practice out there.

It would have been cool to see Cassell throw a TD to Jackson.

Bill took it easy at the end on Jauron, punting on 4 and an inch from the Bills' 40. Well, he sent the punt team out on 4th and an inch, but a penalty made it 4th and 5.

Cassel played the whole 4th quarter and manily handed off between the tackles, and the Bills still couldn't get a 3 and out. :hs:

Last night wasn't a case of running it up IMO. You can't ease up 5 minutes into the 3rd quarter.

as much as I think Madden is a tool, even he defended the Pats last night saying that if you don't want them to score then stop them. He didn't consider what they've been doing as running up the score.

To do anything other than what the Pats have been doing on the field would be quitting. Enjoy it while it last.

Tom B said after the game that the coach doesn't send him out to punt. Then gave his big movie star grin. Madden is right, if teams don't want to be embarrassed, then they have to play better. Funny, but I believe that BB will raise the level of play throughout pro football by showing no mercy. That's good for the customer, us.

if the patriots wanted to run up scores they'd be dropping 80's on alot of these guys....they go on cruise control towards the end of the 3rd. madden had it right- could be the greatest team ever (and he's seen 'em all) and brady is playing the position better than anyone including montana. the new england machine :walk: SB!

You guys must not of watched the same game, the fact of the matter is the Pats have alot of work to do. How do you explain the two dropped balls in the first half? Has everyone forgot the 7pts the defense let up in the fisrt qt? I get the feeling their not watching enough film. No wonder why Belichick is never happy HELLO Brady was 31-39 what does that tell ya there is room for improvement. 4 penalties too...should I say more.
