View Full Version : Every Mans Dream
thortum 12-13-2007, 06:42 PM I was just thinking: What does every red blooded American man dream about? How about a woman with blond hair; blue eyes; high cheek bones; bright red lipstick; and money on top of all that!!!! "Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it." President Hillary Clinton!!!!  :bc: :crying:
I doubt it. I don't believe the country is ready for a female president yet. Most likely going to be Romney or Guiliani:eek:
Sluggoslinger 12-13-2007, 07:22 PM The thought of her makes my bones shiver
Backbeach Jake 12-13-2007, 08:26 PM They all make my bones shiver. We're in deep do-do this time so far.
justplugit 12-13-2007, 08:42 PM What's with that freakin leisure suit she wears all the time. :spidey:
I'm not convinced she's a woman.
spence 12-13-2007, 08:48 PM It could be worse, imagine if GWB was elected for a few terms :yak:

if he and the VP could change the term limit I believe he would do so. Thank God our forefathers did the right thing. I would hate to think of what 4 more years of W would bring.
I agree with Jake. Whoever the next prez is, it won't be good.:spidey:

Term limits were put in after FDR. Forefathers never envisioned a a** clown like GWB would be a president if they did they would have put in a competency law in there.
EarnedStripes44 12-14-2007, 09:38 AM Romney does not stand a chance

I'm with ya on that one....
RIJIMMY 12-14-2007, 10:05 AM Romney does not stand a chance
dont be so sure.
If he gets the republican nomination, I think he will perform very well in the debates.
spence 12-14-2007, 10:26 AM All things aside, Romney is still a very strong candidate.
The real issue is, IA and NH under the bridge Rudy has a huge lead nationally.

me either .
EarnedStripes44 12-14-2007, 01:29 PM Romney, is a strong republican candidate. I think he'd have better chance running on the democratic ticket. There is a lot of political ammunition that his running mates will use against him. His record, I think, is unsettling and inconsistent. He plays the game of politics well, more out of political survival, than conviction. For example, he initially endorsed legalization of RU-486, but has recanted his position implying that he will be "delighted" to sign a federal ban on abortion (11/7/07). There is a treasure trove of incongruency in his public record. I am surprised his tenure as governor over the big dig has not come into the nat'l spotlight. I think the other candidates are going to turn him into the black sheep of the republican primary.
EarnedStripes44 12-14-2007, 01:29 PM thats why, I don't think he has a chance
EarnedStripes44 12-14-2007, 01:40 PM That evangelical base, all the way from Texas thru Dixie up I-85 to old Virginny, is going to be romney's biggest obstacle to the nomination. They are a significant voting bloc.
