OctoberFish!!! aka ..."Friday the 13th, Scary Movie,Fall Fishing, Ell Slimed, Cess Pool Condo, Bass and Blue Blitz Extravaganza STRIPERFEST" will comence this coming Saturday, October 14th. I figure we can meet at the Bess Eaton donuts on Rt 1 in Charlestown, RI at about 3PM and move on from there. Now some people are going to want to fish the afternoon, some the night, and some both. Likely suspects as far as places to fish would be East Beach/Charlestown Beach/ Watch Hill area. High tide will be around 9PM so we'll have low to icoming and then the turn... Day after Full Moon...

Fishing will be angler's choice; bait/plugs/fly/ or eels (recommended at nightfall :D)

I am planning on going Sat. but can't meet at three . will be down around 6:00 to 6:30. I assume the directions to get there will be easy. I'll be looking forward to fishing RI with you people. In the meantime I'l be warming up at the canal snagging my jigs in the rocks and hopefully in some stripers jaws.

Hopefully I will be able to meet most of you people.I will not be there at 3 however,I would prefer to fish at night during the falling water,most likely I will go to watch hill.BTW,Tide tonight is at 8pm so that would put hight water at around 10:45pm on saturday.Dont go out to early and burn out!! Yes John, it's the King Of The LedgeLizards. I would have posted as BillB but can't seem to get it to work right. Maybe we can fix that later. For now my interests are points south. Will be rolling into Charlestown by 6:00 tomorrow evening. Will probably wait until Sat before I start hunting for LARGE. Looking forward to meeting up with you locals. Well, gotta run.
