ProfessorM 12-21-2007, 03:20 PM Kid.:D Merry x-mas you nut. Ed I wish but I made them by hand:think:, well I kind of cheated and used a machine for the contour but I bent them by hand, well I kind of cheated and used a small box and pan break kind of like this one, http://www.bii1.com/brakes_b2.htm which makes the bends nice and crisp. Other than that I made them by hand, except for the slot which I used a machine for. The way I made them they would cost 10 bucks a piece in labor but it's only time. :hs: ProfessorM 12-21-2007, 03:24 PM I just put the finishing touches on a Conrad Slopehead Sr. prototype, 'thing weighs about 400 pounds!!!! What did you use for stock? Lets see some pictures I am nosey. Are you using the Pinchney or the BM as your inspiration. The BM's are a little bigger in dia. and lip size as far as the Conrads go, which is all I have seen in person. Ake G 12-21-2007, 04:10 PM Matte finish metal lips?? Brilliant!
