Might not see any of them available for awhile.. Jay made a couple of small runs 2 years ago but doe's not plan on building again until sometime in 2009.. He is entering into the Nassau Police Academy then maybe the Military.. Then once he opens up a new shop he will be changing things up quite a bit he has said.... Zeno 12-28-2007, 06:51 PM Here is something that will piss a lot of people off............but since online bulcrap is getting warmed up for winter I'll share something with you (sorry to all those builders that will take offense).:rollem: After some Tequila shots with Beach Master plugnazi we got to chit-chat about some plugs last night. Here is a quote from horses mouth : "The only plug on the market I consider on par with ours when it comes to design ,durability and finish are Jay1 plugs" Too bad you cant buy them either....... Anyone wants to start a tread bashing Jay for shutting his plug building down while he joins police academy to better provide for his family instead of being sent to Somalia or Iraq again ? Zeno 12-28-2007, 06:52 PM btw I own one of Jays plug Now that is pathetic BigFish 12-28-2007, 07:10 PM No offense here Zeno! Never met Jay but God Speed for him to do what he is doing... Jay1 12-28-2007, 08:40 PM Hopefully, I will be back in the shop in early spring 2008 - as mentioned in this thread after the academy there is a possible millitary obligation its not written in stone so I am hoping for the best. Z thank BM for the kind words... Adam_777 12-28-2007, 09:29 PM Hoping the Military obligation blows over for ya man and you stay here.Good chance @ quick rank advancement with a deployment but always better to be @ home doing the things you want to do.I just finished an 8yr term with the guards and a few months after I got out they left for the sandbox.Looking forward to fishing your plugs so get the lathe warmed up because you got some work to do.Good luck man stay safe! vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
