Anyone who is just starting out. I don't care who they are just look me up and I will help as much as I can. I much prefer to fish with the novice as that is where i get to relive what I have learned and to me learning is the best part.

I would like the wife to get into it so I can convince her it's all about night fishing.When I get out at night during the season I get all kinds of BS over it.Multiple calls asking me what I'm doing.Just once would like her to come out on the rocks in the dark so she can realize what it's like when the phone rings.As far as famous personalities.I'd like to fish with Vladmir Putin.Guy looks like he fishes hard.If not him or the wife I'd have to go with Chuck Norris !He kicks butt.Remeber in MIA when he popped up out of the water with an m60 and from the hip wiped out an entire platoon of heavily armed enemies.Thats one guy I would like to fish with.He would catch stripers just by looking at them.:gu::rotf3:

I'd like to fish with the impossible, Johnny, but I guess we'll all fish with him from time to time this year.

Having said that, I would like to spend some "quality time" with the guys I learned a lot from over the years, specifically, Billy, Steve, and Joe, for an old times sake. Oh, 'course, the clammer :fishslap:

I am going to spend more time fishing with my son, raise the challenge and the excitement a bit. (Or do I stop it now so he can lead a productive life??)

Lastly, I look forward to fishing again with many of you, from Naps to Old Orchard to Cutty to the Derby :btu:

My wife and my younger sister. When I was a kid my sister and I had a blast fishing freshwater, I would love to see the expression on here face in the middle of a blue fish blitz!!! Also my wife likes fishing but she's never been surfcasting and I know she would love it. Then she'd know why she doesn't see me much from april to november!

I'd like to fish with Numbskull and toss Dannys along the Elizabeths. I also want to fish Barnstable with ProfessorM and Lower again :kewl:

Any one who likes to get away from the maddening crowd and rock hop. And of course, the great folks from here I've allready had the pleasure to swap li.....I mean, tackle and techniques with.

We know how important preparation is and because the year goes by so fast planning to fish with others should be higher on the prep list. I'ld like to fish with BigFish or MikeP and theres always room to hook up with some of the other studs I mean buds

and i have feeling if i ever ran into them the bombas would be a blast. if anything at least we could decide on what tunes to put on.

though i have feeling with my luck while fishing, any of you who meet me would turn and run the other way. and i wouldn't blame ya. fishing near me is a near guarantee of not catching anything.

LOL, Why wouldn't anyone want to fish with you guys? I'll never forget fishing out on the race a couple of years ago with Jake and seeing this guy come running down the beach asking everyone if they were Mac. I said I was and he asked if I had any extra pencils as he had just lost his last one to a fish/seal combo. I didn't have any but since it was his birthday I gave him one out of my bag. The exuberance he had was great and a thrill to see. I offered him a ride back to where he was fishing (about 1/4 mile away) but he refused and hoofed it back to the spot (you know where it is). Fred and I drove down and joined in the melee with each uf us donating a plug or 2 to them pesky fish eaters. :hee:

It's hard to say, I've fished with many, and have had a BLAST.
But if there were anyone, it would be my dad. His physical condition is not too good. But I would love to bring him out to my favorite spot in SoCo, if you know me, you know the spot. Just one time. Dad would have a BLAST, for sure.:kewl:

Mickey Melchiondo (Dean Ween) and Eric Clapton. Mickey is an avid striper fisherman in NJ and Eric has taken up fly fishing. Discussiing fishing and music while fishing would be my choice.

nice, lookin forward to it. especially since you referred to it as a mission. we use the same philosophy. i got plans to hit up nahant this year too. my girl(? its complicated) lives up there. so every time we hung out over the summer i was scopin out spots. she amazingly never got annoyed when she was talking and i would randomly blurt out "i wish i had my gear. that spot looks awesome!". theres one specific spot i really really wanna hit up there.

I'd like to take that guy "Les" from survivorman on tv and try and teach him how to catch a fish before he starves to death in the wild someday.

I'm looking forward to fishing with my dad and uncle more this year, and I hope to get my son out on my dads boat with us. He'll be 3 1/2 this spring, so he's still too young to take out at night from the surf. I'd also like to fish with guys (and gals) from this site this year. I've run into a few guys in the past, but would like to plan some trips with some of you "sharpies".

Anyone who is OK with fishing a very green surfcaster who is looking forward to soaking up any information from all you guys.

I wouldn't mind a trip with Charlie Moore. BUT, my boat, NO cameras or any of his entourage...just to see what he's made of. Pretty sure he can fish, just would like to see him do more striper fishing, without a mate doing all the work for him. Maybe put Belichek in the boat too, to get Charlie to keep his yap shut.

charlie moore always looks a little awkward when hes fighter a decent siz striper. I dont know what it is??? Id like to see him at the tail with some decent surf, tossing some serious wood. I dont think he would hold up.

2007 was limited fishing time with clogston and luds compared to 2006. so more time on the surf with them would be good.

I'd just like to fish a little more often in 2008, but coupled with pretty much anyone from the site would be great. I think a night excursion to some place like Chapin or Crowe's Pasture with Rick and Rappin' could be quite a memorable experience.

Actually my father, since 1982 the only fishing partner I've ever had.

The old guy is retiring to Florida and I won't get to fish with him as much anymore.

I want to fish with anyone not in my area. When I go out fishing I go out drive obscene distances in search of better fishing grounds. Always looking for new ways of fishing, after all each location has it's own techniques and hazards. Always looking for a better day of fishing than the ones I had last year.

my dream is to buy a yak someday...and the model is probably the MALIBU only because i'm addicted to trolling motors and they have designed a new yak with a battery storage compartment and the stability is unsurpassed and the paddling of it is rather challenging compared to some of the sleaker models....

so far tho, the amount of gear.... either wet suits, aqua skins or other water proof gear (clothing) is still out my price range due to an excessively high mortgage on the farm.... refinancing thus far isn't do-able
because of many other miscellaneous factors...

my goal is to grow enough food so that i can bring huge salads
or other fresh veggies to may of S-B's gatherings for cheap money because i will be doing this on a grand scale commercially :musc:
