View Full Version : Before you die
tattoobob 01-06-2008, 06:44 PM What are the thing you want to do before you die, other than fishing
I would like to see a twister up close, they simply amaze me
I also want to take a couple months and drive the country from coast to coast
BigFish 01-06-2008, 06:50 PM I want to see my sons turn 70!:bl2:
Seriously...good thread! I would like to see my Grandchildren! I would like to drive cross country and see the Grand Canyon, Mt. Rushmore, visit Wyoming and Montana (Big Sky Country) drive rt. 66, own a 55 Chevy, move to either the Cape (Wellfleet) or coastal Maine!:kewl: I got a long list!:rtfm:
nightfighter 01-06-2008, 06:56 PM I'd like to see what it is like to not have to worry about bills and how much money is in the bank account. I know that sounds selfish, but I wouldn't mind trying it out.
tattoobob 01-06-2008, 07:08 PM I also want to check out the Everglades
Raven 01-06-2008, 07:43 PM i did allot of it as a younger man and criss crossed the country six times living at campgrounds and friends houses or i visited relatives.
I decided not to wait til i was so old that i couldn't tough it out
and have lived outdoors for 6 months at a time just fishing and working and living out of a tent.
I hope to own a small diesel motor home someday and do it in style next time around with all the luxuries ...
But there's a big bass out there i still have to catch....the one that got away...and parted the water in this huge V -wake spooling me and making me feel so powerless.
i hope to go off the grid soon and have no power (electric) bill ...
grow all my own food and live totally self sufficiently and i'm well on my way.
i also hope to build a cabin so far north that you have to wear a gun on your hip at all times because of bears.
