22" Widescreen LCD Monitor - Cheap BRAND NEW came in the box today! I wanted to run dual large LCDs (I have a 21" Gateway now) but I can't get the two to color match the way I want them - on the dim side. So I am selling this for what I paid, $205. This lists for $299, but I had a coupon and got it on sale for $205. If someone buys it - hell of a deal - I'll plead to find another 21" Gateway on Fleabay for the same money used with no warranty :wall: - I'll deliver in RI or some areas of SE Mass and setup if necessary.

Two monitor question.

How does it work running 2 or more monitors? Is it just a larger desktop spread over more space?

Couple options:

You can span the desktop across both monitors horizontally or vertically - stinks.

You can Clone both - no advantage in this case.

Or you can do what I do which is to have two desktop spaces to work on. My Desktop is 3200pixels by 1050 :hee: . It works pretty good but my Gateway has a lot of "toys" I'd like to leverage in a pair that this Scepter doesn't. So even though my Gateway is a tick smaller and refresh is a bit slower, I need to get another Gateway. Problem is they don't make that particular model anymore...

We run dual flat screens on all the computers we have at work (150+) and it is tough to get them to match flawlessly. I eventually just got used to them being a hair off. They don't have to match perfectly for what we do, but it's your house we want not our screens to look pretty... :hang:

Just because you can't do it doesn't mean it can't be done. I want to get better color matching so I don't eff up colors as much on some projects, oh, and for some good gaming on occasion too
