At the FROZEN Tundra, with single digits forecast and a chance of Snow???

I'll start off simply, with a score only, and will reserve my elaborations for Mike P's coming accosts :uhuh: :uhuh:.

Packers 27
Giants 10

"The pack won't get past either the G MEN, or the Cowpokes.
Although, the youth and strength to go with Favre's wisdom and ability to take over a game was very refreshing, even in those conditions, and they may be able to do well in the Champeenship Game. Good Stuff, today!!!"

Quite an epiphany in just 3 days. Will you be picking the Giants again by Friday?

Manning is going to revert back to his careless ways and wilt under the pressure! Probably spend most of the game getting up off the cold, hard turf!:bgi:

Okay, let the record show that the red part of the above, was stated before Green Bay's TROUNCING of Seattle.

Thus, said whoopin' should have bearing when approaching the coming contests...............The remainder of the quote was based upon my post game analysis of what Green Bay did to a very good Seattle team. I do, however, contend that the conditions played a huge part in GB's ability to "handle" the Defensive Rush.

Sooooo, to answer yer question.....................

No, I won't be going back to tha G-Men by Friday. Tough game to pick, but I'll stay with Favre and the utes of GBay. Shaping up to be a real classic, gents. Eli should be in for the fight of his young and untested QB Life. Will bode well for him for next year, but tha's just the way I see it and I've been known to be wrong before!! Great year though, Mike P, and a strong finish, just not strong enuff. Hell, you even doubted them against The Pokes, if me memory serves???

I mean if Coughlin doesn't even believe in him, then why should we?

I like GB with the old QB and young team! The best year for Mr Favre
in a long time, The guy has been on fire this year.
NY has one of the best D-s all year long and look great , but Their QB
has never been this far a long and my guess they will pick him a part and he go's down like his Brother:bshake::bshake:
VB

ps, Pat's go 19-0 no matter who it is :smokin:

My guess is he doesn't get that patented Manning family "deer in the headlights" look. He'll get rid of the ball a split second beforehand, congratulate the D on a good hit and celebrate the completion, just like he's done for 15+ seasons.

Yeah Bootman....he will get rid of it in haste and it will get picked off! 4 pics is my prediction for Manning!

The Pack's much younger and stronger for much longer O Line will do everything in their power to protect Brett, since their SB lives DEPEND upon it!!! He may get sacked once or twice, but not enuff to effect the outcome.......................:uhuh:

Conversely, "Po L'il Eli" is gonna get SMACKED hard and often! And he will account for at least 3 INT's/F's, and how badly will Plax and Toomer have the dropsies in the predicted single digits temps for Lambeau? It remains to be seen, Tony, but I doan see Eli being ready for such a big game, YET :lurk: :lurk:!

Honestly, who would you take in a game that has the whole season riding on it?
A battle tested veteran, or the runt of the litter :bl: :bl: :bl:?

I think its going to be a lot closer than everybody thinks it is....Giants "D" has been playing inspired lately and they ARE 9-1 on the road this season.

27-24 Packers.....just because its a home game for them.

WOW, The Dad!

That's giving "'The Runt' of the Manning Litter" alot more credit than most would. While I will agree that Eli has been playing 'out of his shoes' of late, his magic little carpet ride will end this Sunday at Lambeau.

Wait until he gets a load of all those blitzes that they will undoubtedly bombard him with and the quickness of the Pack's D-Secondary.

OOOOH YEAHHHH, it's gonna be Fugly :lasso: :bc: :bc::lasso:!!!

I still don't think the Giants are going to win....I just think its going to be close. Favre is capable of having "happy feet" too at times.

The Giants ARE playing good solid football right now, they have been a solid road team all season, and their defense is peaking at the right time. The only reason i think GB is going to win is because it is at Lambeau....but its not going to be a walk in the park.

The Giants have an excellent offensive line, and a great blocking fullback.

As far as GBs secondary goes--Al Harris gets burned more often than a business going under in Buzzards Bay. :laugha:

I think I heard that the Giants plan to show up despite everyone's opinion that the game's a foregone conclusion ;)

Giants proved me wrong twice, but what has history ever taught.

I'm guessing the Cowboys were the Giants last stand, and I'm taking the Packers 31 - 17. I just don't think the G-Men secondary can last with Green Bays 5 wide attack.
