I was actually very suprised you guys discussed this on this forum. ;) It is very sad that someone makes an accusation and the media just runs with the story. Its sad that Moss has to deal with this at this time. I expect him to play like a possessed receiver this weekend to show the world that it doesn't bother him.

ya maybe we would have even jumped to conclusions too. ;)

Ya have to admit, he seemed pretty credible in speaking about it earlier in the week. She is being made out to be a gold digger and if the shoe fits........

Another case of FL law enforcement, not doing the investigative process. I had a similar "situation" down in Ft Myers. Beetch lied, I never touched her, she set-up a PCO that was completely unfounded. I was pinched from work on two additional occassions before they finally figured out that the drunk, psycho, chick was loopy and manufacturing charges.

The worst part is, that on the day that I got sent packing from the home that we rented the cops put her up to this, "He's gonna kill me, I'm scared for my life, SCREAM SCREAM, he's gonna kill me!!" rant that was a crock of BS!!! Her 4 young kids were hanging on to me begging the cops to let me stay, as the cops were escorting me outta the place.

In the end, the charges were found to be 'no lo contendre' and 'null process' on the domestic violence and the violation of a PCO, respectively. Ever since OJ, the man is guilty first and innocent ~hardly EVER!! Don't get me wrong there are some real A-holes out there that should be put away, but many times it's a case of Psycho Chicks Gone Wild, out for revenge or a BIG pay day.

For Moss, this accusser is a real winner. If she was so damaged where are the hospital reports and the psychiatric evaluations? Where is the call to 911 on the night of the alleged "beating"?? I mean if every man that refused "cuddle time" was thrown in the pokey, then this country would come to a grinding hault, eh gents???

Do I hear a counter suit in tha works? Prolly better to just walk away, but I wonder if what she's done could be considered blackmail or fraudulent accusation?

No we wouldn't...it wouldn't be affecting any play-off games. :hihi:

Honestly wouldn't surprise me either way wether he did or didn't do it. we knew that trouble seemed to follow him so this isn't too surprising.

Most victims of an assault and battery make their first call either to the police or to 911.

This one makes her first call to a lawyer.

'Nuff said
