I'm a Noth Jersey quy, fish mostly freshwater from a boat and a kayak. This past Oct was talked into trying the salt, first time in over 30 years, had a blast with some jumbo blues and now want to get a striper. I have caught stripers in the upper Hudson early in the spring, but I'm told that does't count, they need to be caught in the salt,so hopefully 2008 will be the year.:wave:
