Well, I can't take the credit for the body, which was bought at the RI show a few years ago from #^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&#^&, but for your approval I would like to submit my first plug.

All thats left is the through wiring and the expoxy over the scratch coat, but I am wicked happy with how the results came out.

Just want to thank everyone for all the help and guidance. I told my wife it would be cheaper to build them then buy them, :smash:

Whatta ya think?

Nice work.:kewl: My first ones are going to look pretty amateur compared to that paint job. I just started out myself and I figure they are cheaper as long as I don't put a price on my time or sanity.

I think you are going to be taking her out to dinner a lot once she figures this whole thing out. Nice start, regardless.

It's only cheaper if you STOP right now!
Once the heroin like addiction starts you will soon find that you have a stock pile of wood blanks, 500 assorted lips, 2000 hooks, 100 bucktails, 58 gallons of paint, 4 airbrushes,.....................

I ho'd that plug and to be honest some youngster was admiring it so I asked him if he would like it, to which he said yes. Hope you don't mind but I couldn't resist the look of admiration on his face.
