That is one lawsuit that will go noplace Actually, I would like to sue Al Davis for what he has done to the Raiders !:wall: BigFish 02-15-2008, 09:49 PM And this party suing the Pats have what evidence???:smash: Pete_G 02-15-2008, 11:19 PM And this party suing the Pats have what evidence???:smash: If I were the Pats I'd counter-sue. And they should possibly sue a lot of other people for flapping their gums with nothing to back it up. Seriously. Where's Matt Walsh been? Awfully quiet. Put up or shut up you rat bastard, can't keep a job, golf ball washing assistant. The NFL asked for evidence and offers indemnification yet nothing happens. Where's the congressional hearing for that? I want some truth (ideally without Congress) although that may be impossible. If this Matt Walsh is a joke we should know that. And if he's not we should know that too. At least we could put it to bed then. BassDawg 02-16-2008, 06:34 AM We have MOSTLY Sen Scphinkter to blame for this one. What a MAROON!!! He is the poorest excuse for objectivity and ethical conduct i've ever seen. Ya talk about your abuse of power and position???? Right you are, Pete! How much money is Comcast giving this guy to sling some unmitigated MUD on the NFL at the expense of the Pats? Prove that this ham-and-egger Walsh was operating under the orders of The Coach. imho, it's more likely that he filmed that session on his own "to be used at a later date". Prove that the Patriots used this film at anytime during that SB game to secure their victory. The Rams handed them that game when they went to a Prevent D with all that time left on the clock in the 4th quarter, assuming that Brady would just run out the clock. I also haven't heard which walk-thru they are talking about?? If it was the one on the day of the game, at the stadium just before kickoff, then everybody and his brother would've had access to that particular walk-thru??? What a CROCK of SHEEEEET!!! "Played a total of 6 games his entire "career". Just some money grubbing douchebag with some shyster attny. Makes me want to Arlene Spector all over the floor. Pete_G 02-16-2008, 12:13 PM http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/7803236/Walsh's-lawyer-asks-NFL-for-protection?MSNHPHMA Already knew that. Once again, the truth please. Mike P 02-16-2008, 02:04 PM Dunno--it's a Fox link. We report-you decide ;) BassDawg 02-17-2008, 07:23 AM From my view, anyone who is looking for blanket immunity ~beyond matters pertinent to the case in principal~ makes their "information" suspect from the start and lends itself to impropriety in the gathering of the evidence to support the alleged "wrongdoing". This thing STINKS from the outset and, 10 out of 10 times, rotten fish only get rottener :bl: :bl: :bl:. Mike P 02-17-2008, 01:51 PM I'm not even sure of what he wants immunity for. The actual taping of the Rams violated no criminal laws, even if it happened. Are the Rams going to sue him or his then-employer, if they sue anyone? No one sues an employee when there are deeper pockets. If he was doing it at the instruction of his employer, even his employer can't sue him. The only thing I can figure is that he wants immunity from criminal prosecution for stealing the tape(s) from the Patriots' video room. He wants immunity from a misdemeanor charge of larceny under $250? They couldn't even extradite him from Hawaii to face those charges. BassDawg 02-17-2008, 05:09 PM YEP! My point exactly. Walsh shouldn't need immunity from some cheesy misdemeanor, which makes me think that he's done something far more egregious. And I don't see the claim against the Pats by this former St Louis player? Too much to prove, and no way to prove it. GET OVER IT, ya crumb bum!! You lost when Martz went to the Prevent D, allowing Brady and Viniateri to steal that one from ya!!What is our society coming to? It's bad enuff that they hand out ribbons to our kids for participation in a game :realmad: :realmad:!!!! What ever happened to First, Second, and Third? And that's it! In today's PC world of victims and excuses, "Everyone's a Winner, Li'l Johnny!" You suited up? You get a ribbon............what a pile of CRAP!! vBulletin® v3.8.7, Copyright ©2000-2025, vBulletin Solutions, Inc.
