Here is the original info from when I bought it.

Delta 12" wood lathe. 36" between centers and cast iron bed. variable speed 500-2000 RPM. about 8 years old.Originaly bought by MAC.

I bought it from Specialist and he never used it. I have never used it either. I have 3 lathes and 1 has to go so this is the one . machine costs new close to 600. Will sell for $200.with the stand and a set of turning tools . You will need to pick it up in Wareham.

I contemplated that machine before Mike bought it. Price is right. I have to resist again, no room. I noticed you can use a hollow center and put the drill right thru the tailstock and center and into the part. Like they do lamps. Kind of neat.

Thanks for hooking up with me today Mike and thanks for the great deal on the lathe.

I already have it all torn down right down to the last nut and bolt, it has been sanded and repainted inside and out, have the top rails all honed nice and flat, everything has been oiled and greased and all there is left to do is put it all back together tomorrow.

This lathe looks brand new, Thanks again Mike and I'll see you soon at the store for more supplies. :kewl:
