Does anyone now anything about fishing off the beach and in rivers on Cape Cod. I was wondering when the earliest strippers will be on the cape.

You usually find the earliest strippers at 11:00am in the morning in Mashpee. You can catch them on green dollar bills.

Stripers well........thats another story.
