i buy a plane ticket pretty much every week. i don't think any of these sites are any better then the other. and after their fees, it may be cheaper to buy direct. it is just nice to be able to go to one place to compare all of the fares. once i find who has the lowest fare i usually go to the airline website.

Sidestep.com can be useful, but like Zacs said, I usually just buy direct...

I use airfarewatchdog.com. They list the all of the best fares from the Boston area to most major national and international locations. You can sign up online to receive email updates daily and it's free. They list unadvertised and hidden fares from all of the major airlines. It's a great resource if you are not trying to plan out too far in advance.

I like sidestep for plane tickets but no garantee they will come up with the best options. i have found I do better on the internet but you need to do the work and surf all the sites and be ready to nail a bargan once it appears. i remember once looking for a ticket to sweden. These graet prices would pop up on one ticket then be gone in two minutes. then an hour later , one more ticket at a good price then gone quickly. its sort of like a video game. can you spot and nail down the deals

Mansfield ?,,,, I am not sure where you are but if I was going to go from CT I would Take Southwest out of PVD (providence)to FLL (ft Lauderdale) and rent a car,,,, Then when you are in Dania Beach (between FLL and MIA) ,,, Stop at the IGFA hall of fame museum on your way to Miami,, It is right off I95.. Next to Bass Pro Shops

Buy your ticket now and get the internet special,, The sooner you get them in Advance the better off you are,,,,

Its a neat place,,,, fair amount of history,,,Make sure you look up on the ceiling at the fish,,,,,, then down at the floor under the fish,,, The plaque tells the record,,,

If your going over easter buy your tickets now,,,, I am sure they are not going to be cheap,,,, everyone travels then,,,,

Don't wait,,, What are the dates,,,,?? down and back,,,

thats going to be a tough time,,,, I would try Spirit, and southwest,,, If your renting a car even try going into PBI (west Palm beach)

Also when you check their sites shift the days around a little bit,,, You would be amazed how much the prices change to travel on weekends.

Sometimes if you try southwest early enough you can get tix for 99 or less each wayI have to go swim test some plugs ,, I will check back in a while,,,,

Southwest out of MHT or Providence, to Fort Lauderdale nonstop. The other one that was good was jet blue, but you have to deal with boston and or parking. Jet Blue has TV's though.:uhuh:

Southwest to Ft. Ld. Rent a car. The best way to go into Miami and like stated here, you can also stop at IGFA, basspro, Capt Andy's and many of the the nice gentleman clubs along 95!!!
