Oh, John......you are going into fightin' territory......won't say here what's been going on elsewhere ;), but from what I gather, nobody really knows.....and it's been nasty.......in fact, they lost me a few days ago....:(

Jim Donoforio has been emailing me. He is sending something to me in the mail to dispute the positon that I have taken on them. I will let you know when I get it. ;)

Bill - I look forward to seeing it to. I wonder if all this foot dragging is why MSBA didn't get the RFA's position last month before the meeting...
