i took a unexpected fall yesterday....

i stepped on an electric cord out in the upper barn
and it was thick (round as a quarter)
and then my foot slid down it....
just as i was about to step down
onto some plastic jacuzzi stairs
being used temporarily in the barn/garage

next thing i know i'm still going down
(oh crap) :uhoh:
and i'm thinkin rut roh here we go :hs:

the stairs got flipped over
and i land inside them
with them upside down (legs up)
which sorta helped...break my fall

at least i didn't wack my head...

the weird thing is....it made my back feel
better than it had previously there for awhile
not so much today.... lol ... then i went back

to splitting wood ........as thats what i was doing
to get back on the horse i was riding heh heh heh

because i've been just as accident prone as he is..

in fact :
i dropped a short log on my foot not to long ago
and must have broken the knuckle JOINT above
my toe which has enlarged and it's very painful

another reduction surgery probably ughhhhhhhhhh :hs:

Saves having to go to a chiropracter.

i quit going to them

why should I
when i can fall down
and crack my back myself :shocked:
