Anyone else looking forward to the movie coming out in a coupla weeks? I have yet to read the book but am interested in the whole card-counting thing. I have held my own at the Blackjack tables but have not gotten rich by any stretch and have not attempted to count cards. Those MIT kids made a killing! :hihi:

I read the book. It was one of those books that once you start, you don't want to put it down. The trailer I saw for the movie looks pretty good, but I always like the book better than the movie. The story of how they were able to do it is amazing.

The scope of what they did is phenominal, but is this what they went to college for?
Secondly, I'd like to know what they're doing now. Are they landmark fixtures at Foxwood or Mohegan Sun, or are they working stiffs like the rest of us?
I'm just curious what happened to them academically after all was said and done.

Seems like at least some of them are writing books and making movies or at least making money contributing to them.
loved the book, and there was a documentary on them that was ok. i am looking forward to the movie, the trailers look good.
