ham. whole grain white bread. a little mayo and pete's hot sauce.. a few slices of a pear. cheddar cheese.

I use the the leftover Easter ham to make Pea Soup....love that stuff. I shred up a couple of carrots in it for a little extra goodness.

couldn't do it this year though, Easter was at my Bro-in-laws and he kept the leftovers. :sad:
