crt's are network admins nightmare for the next few years.
lugging huge monitors into a pile and properly disposing of them.
Salty, i suspect if you shop around you can find someone who will take it off your hands. theres a big business in extracting metals/gold etc..from old pc equiptment.
it should be FREE PERIOD!!! that way they won't get thrown in the dump.

Upgrade them to lcd's before the crt's go bad and tell the users they can keep their old monitor for home...as a gift from the company. :hee:

there is a company that takes them free, I hear their commercials on the radio. next time I'll get the details and pass them along

Yeah, I'd donate it to a school, but even they have LCDs....:blush:
Oh well, I won't have to pay as I'm in the PC/repair business and can just drop it off at work. I just figured if anyone wanted a free 17.5 as most had the 15s...thats'all.
