Tackle shops say some keepers have been caught mostly with bait but its still slow. I fished from the beach and jetty with both clams and lures and just got a skate. They can't show up soon enough for me! I know where they are (the ocean LOL) i just want to find out diffrent techniques... according to that article i should be floating down the providence river with my yak casting all day......
