OK guys John has given the OK for me to post this so here goes... I am the vice president of an organization known as the Truro Treasures Committee. For the second successive year I am in charge of organizing a fishing derby. Last yearit ran for the month of September. Being the first year I would say it was a sucess. This year I would like to expand it and run it for the months of June, July, August and September, hoping to involve more people. I know a lot of you on S-B come to the lower cape in the spring and fall; I am hoping to interest you in our derby. There will be a one-time registration fee of $10.00 which will entitle you to check as many fish as you want. There will be catagories for bass and blues, beach and boat, catch and keep as well as catch and release. I will have a registration form and rules up on the web site (www.trurotreasures.org) as soon as possible. Last year we had some good prizes and we hope to even better ones this year. I'll also post a list of prizes as they come in.
