Most people I know are happy with Cape Ann Marina. However, other people I know are very happy with J & W in Salem. Jay & Wally run a great shop!

i've heard good things about j&w as well. think i may try them this fall.

curious if the people you know have big ticket items.

im not going to bash them since right now Im just really annoyed and will say things probably not deserved but for the amount of money you spend with one place,when you leave feeling like you have inconvenience them, just ain't right.

boy you are po'd. I went into J&W once looking for spark plugs and they seemed really nice. They also quoted Chris a nice price on a 300 zuke. Its just a tough place to get the boat to. For me anyway.

I too would like to hear about the place in Newburyport.

Go see Walter at J+W I have not dealt with better people ever. I am pretty sure I know were you have been going and I had 2 bad experiences there and will never go back.

Cape Ann Marina is good to do business with. Only heard good things about them.

I have purchased to Suzuki's and had them serviced through J&W in Salem........They have been fantastic! Highly recommended.
