/whine on

i had no intentions of fishing at all this weekend. i spent the day cleaning so i was tired and cranky... all i wanted to do was chill.

got a call from a friend who is NEVER able to go out because of his wife, asking me to go.. I told him I didnt know, but then my wife was like.. GO... when does this opportunity happen?

so I go

went to a very popular spot on the canal (this guy is VERY green... didnt want to be far from the car etc) and there were LOTS of people there, but noone catching as far as I saw..

my backpack opened as soon as we got to the rocks, my friend was holding it and didnt notice until it dropped.... after we gave up to move to another spot like 10 miles away, we noticed my camera was gone - so we packed up and went back to the canal - it wasnt there... (shocker)

so no fish
lost a camera
and i have a nasty mosquito bite right in that soft flest on your ankle.
