heard from the Insurance company
the house is a total loss :hs:

a hidden electrical box in the wall
caused the fire...it appears.

so it'll have to be torn down
and rebuilt maybe in a different spot (50 feet back)
depending on the foundation and new building codes

i set up a construction office in the barn
we are presently living at a motel
....until they place a trailer beside our house

then i can hook up an internet connection
i finally got the water turned back on

aND I HAVE just ONE GFI OUTLET....
so at least i can hear some tunes
while i work in the green house.

the garden is growing good...
Star is almost back to normal

we shall survive this

Hey Craig good to hear. I was away and just recently found this out. Sorry for your bad luck. Glad your family was not hurt and you can replace the other things. Glad your insurance is covering things. Good luck with the rebuilding process. P.

Hi Raven,

Very sorry to hear of your troubles with the fire tragedy.

Pm me if you are in need of some basics like household items or clothing for you or your wife. My wife Karin has a circuit of churches, consignment shops, and the like and she also has some access to free items through freecycle.

Seriously.... please contact me. I have a ton of extra clothing much of which is name brand but does`nt fit me now.Karin could also get clothing for your wife.

Include a phone number I can reach you at.

your friend,
Mike

the stress from this is growing expodentially

most of what we held sacred
was destroyed...

now today
an insurance big wig told me that the house

is not a total loss...

so..... it's totally weird... how things change
from day to day...

Get yourself a public adjuster, the percent commision will be well worth it...
